Discounts – Students enrolling in 3 or more classes receive a 15% discount on the 3rd and subsequent classes. For example, if Jane takes a 1.25 hour acro class and a 1 hour jazz class and her sister Hilary takes a 45 minute ballet class, the family will receive a 15% discount on the ballet class (the lesser priced class).   Prices – All prices bellow are subject to H.S.T.

Policies and Procedures

All students and parents shall read “Student and Family Conduct” as well as “Studio Rules” posted around The Bradford School of Dance facility.

Withdrawal From Classes

Students are welcome to try up to 2 classes before registration/payment to ensure they are a good fit. These trial classes are free but must be paid for if student does register. Any student who withdraws from classes will be entitled to a refund based on how many classes were taken. The office must be informed and a student withdrawal sheet must be completed by the parent in order to receive any refund. Informing the teacher, phone calls and emails are not accepted forms of withdrawal from classes. The only acceptable method is completion of a student withdrawal form at the office. The date signed on the student withdrawal form will be the date used for refund purposes if required.  Administration fees are non-refundable.


Classes are not held on Thanksgiving weekend, Halloween night, winter holidays, march break, family day and Easter weekend. Please speak to your teacher for an appropriate class to attend should you choose to want to make up these missed classes.

Missed Classes and Inclement Weather

Classes missed due to illness or personal vacations may be made up by attending similar class. Please speak to your teacher for an appropriate class to attend. All make-up classes must be taken prior to February 5, 2020.
Classes cancelled to due inclement weather will either be re-scheduled by the teacher or students will be directed to take another similar class. Studio closures due to inclement weather will be made known on the studio voicemail and/or on the website and/or by email. It is not the responsibility of the Bradford School of Dance to re-schedule extra classes due to the above reasons. The responsibility is that of the student/parent. When attending a make-up class, please inform the office or teacher.

Costumes A $65 + H.S.T. costume deposit per class will be required from every student participating in the year end recital. This deposit is due upon registration. Costume deposits are non-refundable after November 16, 2019. Costume deposits are not the full payment required. The balance owing will vary by class. Costume balances are an additional fee due when the student receives their costume. We do our very best to select appropriate costumes based on the theme of the performance and pricing. The Bradford School of Dance Inc. does not dictate the price of our costumes. Costume makers, catalogues, seamstresses and shipping charges all affect the price of a costume. Students are measured for their costumes in October and/or November and we allow for reasonable growth. These are not custom fit costumes. Any costume alterations including, but not limited to, tightening or loosening of straps and taking a costume in, are the responsibility of the student/parent not The Bradford School of Dance Inc. Anyone who registers for class after November  16th will experience a late costume ordering fee of $35. Late registrants are not guaranteed their costume for picture day or recital.
